The role of Customer Care Supervisor:
* To supervise and manage the Customer Care function.
* To handle customer complaints and issues.
* To train & manage office staff, delegate tasks etc.
* To ensure Health & Safety compliance.
The ideal Customer Care Supervisor:
* Experience as an office supervisor or similar
* IT Skills - Microsoft proficient
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
