Facilities Operative| Permanent | Bristol | £34,000- £36,000 The Facilities Operative will provide facilities support across the Bristol site and grounds. The role will be responsible for carrying out a range of general maintenance tasks, fabric maintenance tasks, business support tasks, and will support the facilities team in the delivery of planned, reactive, and ad hoc maintenance tasks to the expected standard. The Key Requirements Experience of building maintenance and general repairs Experience of working in a facilities environment Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a building/ corporate environment Have a proactive approach to maintenance and building management Excellent communication skills Able to work as part of a team to deliver service excellence Ability to record work accurately and communicate to the Facilities Coordinator Responsible for self and others to maintain a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and subsequent UK and EU amendments A desire to develop and undertake training as and when required Good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance Must hold a full UK driver's licence At Encirc, we make, fill and move glass Part of the Vidrala group, we are a market leader in glass container design, manufacturing, bottling and logistics solutions for the UK, Irish and European food and beverages industries.
