Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a well-established company based in Glasgow. The position requires handling both incoming and outgoing phone calls. It entails collaborating with co-workers, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient management of tasks such as data entry for purchase orders, processing contractor quotes, and validating invoices. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Salary: £24,969. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Delivering excellent customer service consistently. • Handling incoming calls from customers, contractors, and engineers, as well as making outbound calls to them. • Responsible for managing and processing purchase orders. • Providing support and coordination with customers, contractors, and engineers regarding ETAs. • Ensuring precise input of information from supplier quotations. • Processing part procurement requests from Engineers. • Validating and processing contractor invoices for payment through the Purchase Ledger Department. • Communicating fluently and confidently. Key Attributes and Skills: • Driven and passionate with a great attitude to deliver customer excellence. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload. • Administrative experience, including knowledge of Microsoft office packages. • Previous contact centre/call centre/helpdesk experience.
