Job Summary:
Direct and monitor activities of production personnel and manage resources employed in manufacturing of packaging solutions.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

* Own process improvement initiatives, continually enhancing safety, quality, production, and financial results.

* Ensure product specifications are met and deliveries are timely, focusing on customer satisfaction.
* Challenge the status quo, create a positive culture, and act as an employee and company advocate with humility.
* Treat others with dignity and respect, maintaining consistency and integrity in dealings with employees.
* Manage employee performance, including hiring, training, development, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
* Embrace change, learn new skills, and adapt to business changes as a proactive change agent.
* Provide clear instructions, learning aids, and maintain documentation as a technical process expert.
* Perform administrative duties related to employee performance and training documentation.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of manufacturing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
* High-level knowledge of machinery and production systems.
Preferred Skills/Attributes:
* Associate degree preferred.
* Experience with Blow or Injection Molding is a plus.
* Understanding of union environments is preferred.
* Strong drive for continuous improvement.
* Proficiency in computer skills.
