Temp-to-perm, full-time work, with an immediate start!
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a well-established business in Hinckley, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
* Maintaining accurate records, logging enquiries, and scheduling appointments
* Providing general administrative support and assisting with wider office tasks
* Managing and updating engineers’ schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Duration: This is an ongoing role where you will be taken on as a permanent team member!
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £14.00 an hour for this role.Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata. We do not accept visa sponsorship.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30.

Experience & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office-based role
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively
* Good computer literacy and confidence using office systems
* Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
