Audit Assistant Manager

The Role
You will play a key role in delivering audits across a diverse portfolio of clients, while also supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to the overall success of the audit function.
You will:
* Plan, lead and complete audit assignments from start to finish
* Manage onsite audit fieldwork and ensure delivery against deadlines and budgets
* Supervise and review the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback
* Draft financial statements and management reports
* Identify risks and recommend improvements to client systems and controls
* Manage workflow and contribute to team development and performance
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
About You
* ACA or ACCA qualified
* Proven experience in audit within a practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple assignments
* Experience of leading small teams and mentoring junior staff
* Confident working in a digital audit environment (experience with audit software preferred)
* Full UK driving licence and access to transport
