Full time- 2 year Fixed Term Contract- 40 hours per week (Opportunity to become permanent)
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to join a dynamic team onsite with one of our key clients in Scotland. You will effectively manage and maintain all project documentation on a large project efficiently and accurately, whilst maintaining quality and adhering to business standards.
You will provide effective document control support to the client and the wider project team while maintaining a working knowledge of the EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) and being a reliable and approachable point of contact in providing support and guidance to the project team (internal and external) in using the system and following document control procedures.
This role is a 2-year permanent full-time fixed-term contract, with the potential to be extended and requires you to have your own transport.

* Ensure that information and documentation processed and issued on the project is compliant with requirements and is of a suitably high standard.
* Provide effective document control support to project team.
* Maintain a working knowledge around the project document control system.
* Be a team player and work well with others.
* Prioritise responsibilities and workload.
* Be a reliable and approachable point of contact for staff and external parties.
About You
* Sound educational background or equivalent in work experience
* Proven document control experience using electronic document management systems essential
* Knowledge of Viewpoint for Projects is essential
* Knowledge of Fieldview is advantageous.
* Experience of working within a main contractor environment essential
* Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external teams
