Accept incoming goods and compare them with shipping documents (material number, description, quantity).
· Check incoming goods for visible damage, document findings, and provide required information.
· Ensure correct use of transport equipment (hand‑guided industrial trucks, forklift, etc.).
· Capture relevant data in data‑processing systems.
· Arrange acceptance, storage, commissioning, and removal of goods in the storage area and record them in the appropriate systems.
· Organize regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.
· Assemble deliveries from designated storage compartments and review for completeness and accuracy (e.g., quantity and article number against delivery notes).
· Complete packaging of deliveries in line with shipping instructions, dispatch methods, packaging types, and other requirements (e.g., Dangerous Goods).
· Add all corresponding shipping documents to outgoing goods.
· Complete internal and, where applicable, external transport using appropriate transportation equipment.
· Demonstrate prior experience working in a warehouse environment (essential).
· Preferably hold experience with Reach Truck and Counterbalance (up to 12t) forklift licences.
· Possess knowledge of SAP (advantageous).
· Have competent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel for basic data input and extraction.
· Maintain excellent housekeeping, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
· Exhibit strong Health & Safety awareness with a proactive Zero Harm attitude.
Initially a 3 month opportunity as may be option to move to permanent thereafter
