The Bristol City Council's Children Residential Service offers a unique opportunity to join our team in providing therapeutic care experiences for children with complex needs. Full Time, Permanent.

We have transitioned to smaller homes, focusing on personalised care for 2 to 4 children at a time. This approach allows us to match placements and provide a homely environment where children feel safe, loved, and nurtured. Our trauma‑informed approach ensures we understand and meet each child’s individual needs, empowering them to thrive.

Responsibilities
As part of the management team, you will deliver high‑quality managerial support and mentoring and supervision to staff, enabling them to maintain a high professional standard. You will contribute to the day‑to‑day running of the home and will receive support from the registered manager and senior managers to accomplish this role.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
