This role supports the Engineering Team with daily electrical maintenance to ensure compliance with Health & Safety instructions and site policies.
Responsibilities
* Carry out daily electrical maintenance on machinery and production equipment
* Ensure work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety regulations using Safe Systems of Work
* Operate within a fast‑paced environment covering all electrical engineering maintenance activities
Qualifications
* Minimum qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
* Hands‑on experience in electrical engineering
* Experience in industrial electrical engineering
* Good understanding of control circuits
* Knowledge of electrical systems
* Familiarity with the 17th edition IEE wiring regulations
* IOSH working safely certification
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience within the food industry, manufacturing, machinery or automation (preferred but not essential)
