Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Fleet for a Contracts Manager. The Contracts Manager will oversee refurbishment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing contracts, liaising with clients and stakeholders, supervising project progress, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves coordinating teams, sourcing contractors and resolving operational challenges effectively.
Qualifications
* Strong background in contract management and project coordination within the property or refurbishment industry
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills for liaising with housing associations, local councils, and contractors
* Knowledge of health and safety guidelines with the ability to ensure compliance
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
* Ability to lead teams effectively, delegate tasks, and monitor performance
* Familiarity with refurbishment works such as repairs, cleaning, and maintenance is a plus
* A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience is preferred
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
