Job Title: Business Development Manager – Premium Homeware Trade

The FoundryMan designs and manufactures premium, hand-made solid brass handles, knobs, and hooks, with a focus on timeless aesthetics and superior build quality. Though our products are used throughout the home, our core market is high-end kitchen hardware, with customers across the globe.

We’re now looking to scale our presence in the kitchen and interiors trade — and we’re seeking driven individuals who can rapidly unlock sales from their own network or market expertise.


THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare opportunity to partner with a truly premium product and sell into a booming interiors sector.

Target partners include:

* Kitchen designers and fitters
* Independent kitchen retailers
* Interior designers
* High-end homeware stores
* Boutique builders and architects
* Bespoke cabinetry and joinery firms


You’ll be given complete freedom to target the regions or markets you know best. This role is ideal for someone with personal connections in the kitchen/interiors trade or someone who can generate and close leads independently.


Whether you’re a business development professional or a well-connected industry insider looking to monetise your relationships, this could be the perfect next step.


INGREDIENTS FOR SUCCESS

* Reach out to kitchen, interiors, and homeware trade contacts globally.
* Introduce and pitch our premium product range.
* Open accounts and generate trade orders with retailers and specifiers.
* Handle your own outreach strategy – no fixed playbook or bureaucracy.
* Optionally begin on a commission-only basis to test fit and opportunity.


ABOUT YOU

You might be:

* A kitchen designer, showroom salesperson, or interiors consultant with a strong network.
* A rep or agent with access to relevant trade buyers.
* A driven sales professional with experience selling physical goods B2B.
* Or simply someone who knows how to connect with the right people and deliver results.


What matters most is your ability to convert contacts into trade orders quickly.
