Salary: £24,500 per year plus OTE of £5,040
Contract: Permanent, full-time with fixed shift patterns

About the role
This role is within our Sky Inbound sales team, serving as the first point of contact for customers calling for help with their Sky equipment. Your responsibilities include representing the Sky brand, promoting Sky Protect products, and providing expert guidance to customers to meet their needs.

Candidate requirements
* Proven experience in a target-driven sales or customer service role, ideally from a home-based setting
* Strong sales skills with a customer-first approach
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
* Resilient, multi-tasker, team player
Work environment and hours
Rotational shifts based on a 37.5-hour week. Equipment provided; broadband required for home workers. Hybrid options available for those near Nottingham office with a new, modern workspace.
