Recruitment Consultant – Livingston, Scotland
Join our #OneBlueFamily in Livingston, Scotland branch as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to grow and manage a warm desk that supplies temporary warehouse, production, and van driving staff to clients in Livingston and the surrounding area.
Responsibilities
* Identify client leads and make daily business‑to‑business outbound sales calls.
* Develop existing, new, and lapsed business and client relationships.
* Engage in sales activities and work toward targets.
* Travel to visit clients for service and sales meetings (must have own car).
* Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings.
* Negotiate, offer solutions, and overcome objections.
* Manage service compliance, payroll, administration, and update internal systems.
