Blowers Green Primary are seeking an inspirational Deputy Head Teacher to join our thriving primary school. Working closely with the Headteacher you will assist in providing vision, leadership and direction for the school. You will support the evaluation of the school’s performance to identify the priorities for continuous improvement and raising standards, ensuring equality of opportunity for all and developing policies and practices. The Deputy Head teacher will take a shared responsibility for creating a productive learning environment which is engaging and fulfilling for all pupils. You will have significant experience of education and a proven track record. You will be able to demonstrate a clear knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of effective teaching and learning and school improvement strategies.
