A leading independent UK drinks supplier is seeking a high-caliber Business Sector Controller to lead commercial strategy across major retail accounts.
The Opportunity
You will initially lead an account, with a medium-term transition to other high profile accounts
* Full P&L responsibility, price negotiations, and joint business planning.
* Drive volume growth through insight-driven innovation and new business development.
* Oversee Own Label and Branded portfolios (Wine, Spirits, RTDs).
* Mentor and lead a team of Business Account Executives.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience: Proven FMCG Senior Account Management (Drinks/BWS preferred).
* Expertise: Strong manufacturing sector knowledge and retail sales experience.
* Skills: Exceptional negotiation, financial acumen, and P&L management.
* Quals: Business-related degree/diploma; WSET highly preferred.
* Misc: Full UK Driving Licence.
