What youll be doing:
* Creating and managing compelling job adverts and keeping vacancies sharp and up to date
* Supporting the recruitment process, from candidate documentation to references and compliance
* Improving candidate experience through audits, surveys, follow-ups and fresh ideas
* Acting as the go-to person for systems such as CRM/ATS, job boards and survey tools
* Streamlining processes, documenting workflows and supporting automation
* Keeping the office welcoming, organised and running smoothly
* Supporting onboarding, contracts and HR administration using established templates
What were looking for:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment
* Confidence with systems, data and learning new tools quickly
* Understanding of recruitment workflows (agency or internal experience is helpful, not essential)
* Clear, engaging written communication
* A proactive mindset and pride in doing things properly
* Someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and making improvements stick
