Overview
LRG are seeking a New Business Executive to join our dedicated and dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for inquiries, booking appointments, providing information, and cross-selling our additional services.
Responsibilities
* Contact previous and current clients to discuss opportunities LRG can offer
* Showcase excellent customer service skills and build rapport with customers
* Process customers online applications and convert to appointments/leads for local branches
* Assist in the sales process by promoting products/services and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
* Work towards achieving KPI’s set by the Managers
What we are looking for
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to educate customers on a range of services LRG offer
* Grade C at GCSE level in English Language or equivalent
* Highly motivated and career orientated
