We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
* Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations throughout service hours.
* Manage food preparation and production processes to maintain quality and consistency.
* Oversee kitchen staff, providing guidance in cooking techniques and food safety practices.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
* Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance performance.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
* Collaborate with suppliers for inventory management and procurement of quality ingredients.
* Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production processes.
* Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing daily operations.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
* Previous experience in barista roles or hotel settings is advantageous but not essential.
