Your new company This organisation is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their team. They are a well-established business and opportunities to develop your skills and grow with them.Your new role As a Customer Service Adviser, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:Responding to customer enquiries via phone and emailAssisting customers with online bookings and queriesProviding updates on order status and delivery timesResolving issues efficiently and professionallyLiaising with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate serviceProcessing orders and maintaining accurate recordsSupporting with general administrative tasks as neededEnsuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all timesWhat you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you'll need:Previous experience in a customer service or administrative roleExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfidence using IT systems and managing multiple tasksA proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindsetThe ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectivelyWhat you'll get in return You will receive an excellent salary between £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
