Job Description
3. Develop and implement category management strategies to optimise procurement processes (multi category)
4. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure value for money.
5. Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage risks.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.
7. Monitor and report on supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
8. Support procurement and supply chain initiatives that align with organisational goals.
9. Ensure all procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations and policies.
10. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier agreements.
The Successful Applicant
11. Experience in procurement, supply chain, or category management within the Not For Profit sector.
12. Understanding of the new PA23 Regs
13. Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and supplier performance.
14. Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier contracts effectively.
15. Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
16. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
17. A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving cost efficiencies.
18. Proficiency in relevant procurement software and tools.
