Secretary/ Administrative Assistant
to support one of our Insolvency Practitioners at our
Stanmore office

About the Role
As Secretary/ Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day tasks and providing essential support to our Insolvency Practitioner and wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Diary and meeting management
* Handling calls, emails and correspondence
* Providing secretarial and administrative support
* Document preparation and management
* General office duties such as scanning, photocopying and filing
Confidentiality and professionalism are key, as you'll be handling sensitive information in a trusted role.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with:
* Proven experience as a Secretary/ Administrative Assistant or PA (ideally within professional services, legal, or finance)
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good IT knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office
Desirable (not essential):
* Experience within insolvency, legal, or financial practices
* Knowledge of insolvency procedures and related documents
