The Role
We are looking for a talented Commercial Strategy Manager to play a critical role in shaping and executing commercial strategy. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to drive business performance and unlock new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
* Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across key channels and regions.
* Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
* Performance Tracking: Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and inform strategic decisions.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and execution.
* Go-to-Market Planning: Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions.
* Pricing & Promotions: Develop and optimise pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
* Competitor Insights: Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Customer Engagement: Work closely with key customer accounts to strengthen partnerships and identify joint business opportunities.
Who You Are
* A strategic thinker with 4+ years of experience in commercial strategy, category management, or a related field within the FMCG, health, or wellness industries.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Proven experience in managing go-to-market strategies and driving commercial performance.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience in working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
* Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
