Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons specifically for female students
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement
* Design tailored learning plans to meet the needs of individual learners
* Coordinate and oversee extracurricular sports clubs and school events
* Keep accurate records of attendance, performance, and behaviour
* Work closely with colleagues and parents to support students’ academic and personal growth
Essential Requirements:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) OR significant experience teaching secondary-aged pupils as an Unqualified Teacher
* Degree in Physical Education or a related discipline
* Previous experience delivering PE lessons at secondary level
Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of the national PE curriculum
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate young people
* Strong organisation and time-management skills
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
* PGCE specialising in Physical Education
* Experience working with a diverse student body

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
