Role: Head of Promotions
This role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of ticketed events, leading a team of promoters to drive revenue, audience growth, and brand positioning. It requires expertise in event curation, ticketing strategy, pricing, sponsorship, and multi-market expansion.
Experience required:
* 10+ years in live event promotions, talent booking, or ticketing strategy with a proven track record.
* Experience managing multi-city or international event portfolios.
* Strong industry relationships and leadership experience.
* Financial acumen including P&L management.
Success in this role includes:
* Maximising profitability through strategic forecasting and pricing.
* Driving market expansion and audience growth.
* Leading and developing a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic vision for the event portfolio.
* Developing multi-year expansion strategies.
