What you’ll be doing
1. Create, develop and manage all the creative look and feel of all components in the loop design system.
2. You will be accountable for translating our brand into compelling interactive digital experiences.
3. Support execution teams with the implementation of our creative standards using the design system, brand play book and brand assets
4. Ensuring user testing and data analysis is incorporated into your designs.
5. Working as part of a cross functional design team creating best in class brand and customer experience across all touchpoints.
6. Collaborate with brand management, brand creative, marketing, tribes and product teams incorporating their feedback into your work.
7. Responsible for the visual expression of components and assets that sit across digital platforms.
8. Create ideas for digital executions which demonstrate not only innovation but an understanding of our brands’ values.
9. Responsible for implementation of brand guidelines and brand principles across all digital platforms.
10. Translating campaigns into assets that work across all digital touch points.
Skills and Experience we are looking for
11. Strong experience in product design.
12. Information Architecture
13. Interaction Design & Prototyping
14. User Research & Testing
15. Strong graphical design skills
16. Proven track record of delivering a strong brand experience across digital products.
17. Ability to follow user-centred design principles and best practices.
18. Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and how to implement them in product design.
19. A portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital experiences.
Experience you would be expected to have
20. Strong experience in the main areas of Digital Product Design
21. Strong experience in Design in a user centred Digital environment
22. Proven experience of working on digital design systems.
