We are seeking a motivated People & Culture Business Partner to join our friendly P&C Team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Directors, being responsible as a first point of contact for generalist HR advice. This role will take the lead within the P&C Team on training within the Company, EDI&B and delivery of ad‑hoc HR projects. The primary location for this role will be London with frequent travel required to the Guildford studio. Travel to our other studios will also be required from time to time.

Your qualifications and experience
* MCIPD
* Experience in a similar role is essential
* International HR experience is desirable
* Experience of working in an architect’s practice or similar would be an advantage.
* Proficient use of HR Database – Cascade
* Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft suite.
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* Experience in new system implementation and database transitions would be desirable
