Key Duties
* Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications in accordance with legal and professional guidelines.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on the safe use of prescription and over‑the‑counter medicines.
* Deliver and promote a range of NHS and private pharmacy services including:
o NMS (New Medicine Service)
o Flu and COVID‑19 Vaccinations
o Hypertension Case‑Finding
o Smoking Cessation Services
o Contraception and Sexual Health Advice
o Health Checks and Minor Ailment Schemes
* Ensure full compliance with GPhC standards and maintain a clean, safe, and patient‑friendly environment.
* Support and mentor pharmacy staff, including dispensers and technicians.
* Build strong relationships with local GPs, healthcare professionals, and the wider community.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Package and Benefits
* GPhC fees paid 5 days per week
* £60,000 per annum
* 1 hour lunch break (unpaid)
Key Skills and Qualifications
* GPhC Registered Pharmacist
* Ideally 2 years experience
