Join Our Dynamic Estate Agency Team as part of Front of House & assisting with Admin Support
Are you an organised, friendly, and proactive individual with a passion for property and people? We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic team player to be the welcoming face of our Peterhead branch and provide vital administrative support to our estate agency team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional and positive experience. You’ll also support the team behind the scenes- helping to market properties, manage client communications, and keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Welcoming clients and handling front-of-house reception duties
* Supporting the team with property marketing, including selecting photography and managing home reports
* Preparing sales and purchase documentation
* Managing listings on property portals and coordinating price changes
* Handling calls, emails, and web enquiries
* Organising post, keys, and signage
* Assisting with ad hoc projects and general office admin
What We’re Looking For
* A natural organiser with a methodical approach
* Minimum of 3 Highers (including English)
* Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Friendly, professional, and reliable
* HND in Business Management or Secretarial Studies
* Experience in estate agency or legal admin
* Knowledge of property sales processes and terminology
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
