Summary
The Business Office Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between the skilled nursing, long term care, and personal care facilities and various external partners, including families, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies. This role is responsible for managing the administrative and financial aspects of the facility’s operations while ensuring smooth communication between the clinical staff and the business office. The Liaison supports the facility’s business office operations and works to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skill Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software; experience with electronic health records (EHR) or billing software is a plus.
