The client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy with 3 offices in the South of England. The role comprises conducting the full spectrum of post-contract services for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Developers, initially supporting other Employer's Agents before gaining experience and managing projects independently.
You will assist in the delivery of Employer's Agent services for the delivery of the projects which will require:
* Attending progress meetings and producing meeting minutes.
* Follow up and proactively manage the projects on an ongoing basis.
* Assist the EA's in undertaking all day-to-day administrative duties on the delivery of projects under the terms of JCT, Design and Build, Bespoke Development Agreements.
* Routinely report on time, cost, and quality to the client.
* Manage the handover process including pre-handover inspections.
* Manage post-completion activities.
You will need a construction related degree (Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management) and a full driving license.
