Family Solicitor – Mixed Caseload (Private & Public) | 3–5 PQE | £45–55k | West London
A well‑established London practice with nine offices across West London and Surrey is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its supportive and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied caseload and wants to continue developing strong experience in Legal Aid, public children work, and care proceedings, while also building their private family practice.
The Role
You will manage a mixed caseload across:
* Private family matters
* Legal Aid funded public children work
* Care proceedings and related public law matters
* Complex cases supported by strong administrative and paralegal assistance
* The firm offers a gradual shift toward more private family work, while still valuing your expertise in Legal Aid, public children, and care proceedings.About You
o A qualified Solicitor with experience in both private and public family law
o Confident handling Legal Aid files, public children matters, and care proceedings
o Strong client‑care skills and a collaborative approach
o Motivated, organised, and keen to progress within a respected team
