Main Purpose of Job:
Working within the Vulnerability & Client Wellbeing Team, you will provide administrative and technical support to the Partnership and wider Business to help drive education and awareness of clients in vulnerable circumstances - a key FCA initiative.
What you'll be doing:
* Answer straightforward queries on vulnerability - escalating where appropriate
* Provide training sessions on the fundamentals of vulnerability - this may be face to face or virtual
* Create and update content on the Vulnerability hub, whether text, audio or video - helping Partners to self-service their vulnerability questions and ensure they have access to signposted support
* Assist in creating a Vulnerability Matters Newsletter - sharing information to internal audiences including the Partnership
* Support in creating data packs for use around the business
Essential
* High emotional intelligence
* Good communication skills - both written and oral
* Coaching skills
* Solid understanding of MS Office - Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Desirable
* Understanding of the FCA's guidance on vulnerability clients
* Understanding of the Partnership structure
