Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: 1-5 Oldchurch Road, Romford, RM7 0BQ
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 pa base salary (Plus, monthly uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPI's. There is no ceiling to the potential earnings but year 1 OTE should be circa £45-50k, year 2 OTE £60-80k & year 3 OTE £100k plus.)

We are expanding and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Account Manager to join our team.

About the role:
* Manage and grow a customer portfolio for both business and personal customers.
* Discuss customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
* Generate new business opportunities.
* Ensure all customers are contacted in a timely manner.
* Provide quotes and process orders.
* Keep all customer records updated and accurate.
* Hit agreed-upon KPIs.
* Understand and take accountability for FCA Guidelines.
About you:
* Sales experience is essential for this role.
* Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Professional telephone manner and exceptional communication skills.
* Driven to provide excellent customer service and have a positive attitude.
* Flexibility and a willingness to learn and develop.
* Desire to build a successful career in the motor industry.
What we offer:
* Base salary of £25,000 - £27,000 pa, depending on experience.
* Monthly uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPIs.
* OTE of circa £45-50k in year 1, £60-80k in year 2, and £100k plus in year 3.
* 20 days annual leave plus UK Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day every year up to a maximum of 25 days.
