About You:
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (essential)
* CMIOSH or working towards (preferred)
* 5+ years in a senior HSE leadership role in manufacturing, construction, or modular/offsite sectors
* Proven success with audits, risk management, SSOW, RAMS, COSHH
* A proactive mindset, with a track record of leading culture change
* Excellent communicator and influencer at all business levels
