Salary: Max £70k (+ benefits)
Location: REMOTE predominantly, with occasional travel to Lancashire office (once every few weeks).
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team for project-based work related to digital transformations. Experience working directly with Local Governments, especially in streamlining Revenue & Benefits processes, is essential.
Experience:
* Operational change management (not technical)
* Experience with Local Government Bodies
* Knowledge of Revenue & Benefits processes
* Lean Six Sigma
* Digital Transformation
Key Tasks:
* Specify, model, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and compliance with standards.
* Use modelling and process mapping techniques to support business change initiatives.
* Analyze processes to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities; present proposals clearly to stakeholders.
* Maintain documentation such as process maps and specifications.
* Communicate effectively to understand and align with business needs.
* Assess risks and suggest mitigation strategies for recommendations.
* Identify processes and IT requirements for implementing changes.
