Job Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including diary and email management.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements efficiently and accurately.
* If you have used Share-point for internal communications platforms before, such as the intranet.
* Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence as required.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met effectively.
* Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors to support smooth operations.
* Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
* A strong background in providing administrative support at an executive level.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working within the Transport & Distribution industry is advantageous.
