We are seeking Qualified, Experienced, and Advanced Social Workers to join our Assessment and Child Protection Team. You should have a commitment to making a difference in children's lives and have the flexibility to adapt to various situations. This role is for those residing more than 50 miles from Swindon.
Join a welcoming, supportive, and nurturing team where you will focus on statutory assessments and child protection investigations. Manage a caseload during your duty week and contribute to the development of children's plans. Some children may need on‑going community support, while others may require Child in Need or Child Protection Plans. Participate in monthly reflective supervision and access a range of training opportunities to aid your career progression.
* Must be a car driver
* Must be able to attend the office 5 days during duty week (every 5 weeks) - 3 days when not on duty
* Must have 3 years PQE in a permanent setting
