As a Sales Assistant based in Norton Canes (Cannock) you’ll be responsible for:
* Taking inbound calls from customers and suppliers.
* Making outbound calls to customers and suppliers.
* Producing accurate quotes against customer requirements.
* Processing orders against specific customer requirements.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
* Previous industry or related experience would be ideal
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Good IT skills, MS Office and a CRM
* Confidence interacting with customers and suppliers to build effective relationships via telephone, email and in person
