Secondment Admin Lead South-School Nursing
An exciting secondment opportunity within Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for an inspirational and enthusiastic Administrative Lead/Admin Support to the School Nursing Service Lead.
You will join a forward thinking, innovative organisation dedicated to improving the quality of child health services across Hampshire and rewarding staff success. The role requires initiative and autonomous working, confidentiality and high standards of customer service for staff and patients/customers. You will manage, supervise, and allocate work to the administrative team, take minutes, monitor team KPIs, and provide cross-cover support to other teams and sites across the Area as required. A car and business use insurance are essential.
Locations covered: Fareham, Aldershot, Basingstoke, Winchester, Otterbourne, Havant, West End, Tadbury Mount and Alton.
Main duties
* Coordinate and lead the Administrative Team Coordinators to provide high-quality administrative support to the 0-19 Children and Family Services Clinical Team Leads, supporting delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.
* Support the Admin Manager with HR processes, recruitment, and provide high-quality administration to the School Nursing Service Lead.
* Ensure all communications are relayed accurately to relevant team members and agencies, following correct message-taking procedures.
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies including Primary Care, Midwifery, Education, Children's Services, and the Voluntary Sector to support the Healthy Child Programme.
* Cover South Teams: Fareham & Gosport, Eastleigh, New Forest and Havant.

Qualifications
Essential
* NVQ Level 4 or Higher Education Certificate/BTEC or equivalent experience
* English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
* Evidence of continuous professional development, particularly in organisational systems, staff supervision, and business administration
