The family team manage private legal matters and we are seeking a fee earner who has at least 2 years experience of working a caseload and providing legal advice and guidance to clients.
This very progressive family team have a good structure in place and you will be fully supported in your career journey, working on larger and more complex matters, including advocacy, divorce, financial settlement, childcare, domestic violence, TOLATA and abductions. We are seeking someone who can clearly support clients through sensitive and difficult family circumstances, able to communicate complex legal jargon and explain costs. Key will be working with opposing solicitors and mediation and at times attending court or instructing counsel.
The firm have a good CMS, enabling you to run files properly with diary and letters, as well as billing capabilities. Advocacy is not essential but would be advantageous.
