Who are we?
A&P Falmouth is one of the largest ship-repair facilities in the UK, providing a complete range of marine repair services through our on-site engineering, fabrication, electrical, and paint departments. We are a centre of excellence for MoD defence vessels, ferries, mobilisation and demobilisation works, jack-ups, pontoons, and tankers. Additionally, A&P Falmouth is a busy port handling over 100,000 tonnes of product annually, with cruise ships calling alongside at our dock facilities near the town center.
What will you do?
* Become an expert in our IT infrastructure and services by learning how our business supports our teams.
* Engage in a blend of on-the-job and classroom learning, earning while you learn, with all necessary guidance and support.
* Work with a variety of customers to gain perspectives from different companies, training within the facility and onboard vessels when applicable.

How does the application process work?

* If successful, you'll be invited for an assessment and face-to-face interview.
* If you succeed in the interview, you'll attend a 2-day site orientation. If all aligns, you will be offered a September 2025 start.
