Enterprise Sales Director – EPM Solutions
Location: UK (Hybrid or Remote)
Salary: Up to £130,000 base (OTE £260,000)
We are working with a global consultancy that delivers enterprise performance management (EPM) and analytics solutions to some of the world’s leading organisations. They are expanding their UK team and looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business growth across large enterprise clients.
This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who knows how to sell complex EPM or finance transformation solutions into C-suite stakeholders.
The role:
* Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
* Build and manage relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and technology decision-makers.
* Partner closely with vendors such as Oracle, OneStream, and other EPM platforms.
* Shape go-to-market strategy and help grow the firm’s UK footprint.
* Deliver consistent revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
What you’ll bring:
* A proven track record of enterprise-level sales success within EPM, FP&A, or finance transformation consulting.
* Strong relationships in the Office of Finance and experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
* A consultative approach with the ability to navigate complex organisations and close high-value deals.
* Self-motivation, credibility at senior level, and the drive to build something long-term.
