We’re now looking for an Agency Lead to build long-term, strategic relationships and drive advertising revenue across key clients and agencies across the UK and international media landscape. In this role you will be a senior point of contact for our key strategic clients, both at the advertiser and the agency. Building our reputation with an unrivalled understanding of our clients’ businesses, you will understand how to solve their challenges with our products, and have a confident knowledge across all areas and platforms of the business, including content partnerships, display and programmatic revenue streams. About the Role Identifying and converting new business opportunities to ensure a consistent revenue pipeline. Build and strengthen relationships with senior agency and client contacts, leveraging strong sales skills to pitch, present, and sell tailored Guardian solutions effectively. Manage multiple senior stakeholders across UK Agency and international teams, cultivating strategic partnerships to drive growth and uncover new revenue opportunities. Lead end-to-end content partnership campaigns—challenging briefs, coordinating internal teams, managing objections, demonstrating a good knowledge and accountability for the media plan, and ensuring a successful campaign through delivery against all KPIs. Conduct regular business reviews with a consultative, long-term approach to strengthen agency and client. About You Experience in high-performance sales roles within the advertising or publishing industry (UK or international) with a strong track record of driving new business, building long-term client and agency relationships, and consistently meeting revenue targets. Strong understanding of content partnerships. Confident managing higher level campaign responses and media plans. Skilled in pitching and managing the end-to-end partnership process- from interpreting briefs and building strategic responses to delivering successful campaigns. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience of speaking directly to clients, engaging senior decision-makers and representing a brand. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills—able to forecast revenue, and identify risks and growth opportunities with a long-term, client-focused mindset.
