Storck - the name behind iconic confectionery brands like Werther's Original, Toffifee and Bendicks - is seeking a
Category & Insight Manager
to lead its UK Category team. This is the most senior category role in the UK business, reporting directly to the UK Marketing Director, and managing a team of two.

As Category & Insight Manager, you will:
* Lead the UK category function
, owning the vision, strategy and delivery across all channels (particularly grocery).
* Translate
data into powerful insight
using tools like Circana, Kantar Worldpanel, Bridgethorne, and dunnhumby etc.
* Shape strategic brand and customer plans
, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Shopper teams.
* Build best-in-class relationships with key grocery retailers, using insight to influence ranging, space and merchandising.
* Manage agency partnerships and foster cross-market collaboration with the German HQ.
* Lead, coach and develop two direct reports

What We're Looking For
* FMCG category management experience -
Ideally within Food or Drink but other categories will be considered.
* Strong experience working with grocery retailers in a commercial or insight-led capacity.
* Someone who can think
strategically
, influence stakeholders, and communicate insights with impact.
* Ideally people management experience - or ready to step up and lead a small team.
