A highly regarded Construction Consultancy, with a strong national presence, are looking to grow their Newcastle team by welcoming a driven and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor.
The Quantity Surveyors’ role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a close-knit yet well-established team of five, contributing to an exciting pipeline of upcoming healthcare projects.
While the initial focus will be on healthcare, the consultancy boasts a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial office, education, leisure, hotel, social housing, and retail sectors, offering a dynamic and well-rounded experience, particularly beneficial for those working towards their APC.
The incoming Quantity Surveyor will work closely with senior management, benefiting from hands-on mentorship, structured training, and support in achieving MRICS accreditation.

* Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
* Previous consultancy experience
