I’m working with a well-established, highly accredited Yorkshire law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer for its Morley office. This opportunity has come about due to continued growth and increasing demand in the residential property department.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential sale and purchase matters from instruction to completion. This includes dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions, shared ownership, new builds and transfers of equity.
The role sits within a busy, friendly team where collaboration and client care are key. You’ll be expected to work independently while benefiting from support, technology and supervision where needed.
Key Responsibilities
