Join a specialist fire and safety consultancy delivering fire risk assessments across commercial, residential, and mixed‑use properties.
This is a site‑based role carrying out fire risk assessments in line with BAFE SP205 and current UK
fire safety legislation, producing clear, auditable reports and supporting quality and compliance standards.
The Role
* Carry out fire risk assessments in accordance with BAFE SP205 and UK fire safety legislation
* Inspect sites, identify fire hazards, and assess existing fire safety measures
* Produce high‑quality, auditable fire risk assessment reports
* Support internal QA, peer reviews, and technical review processes
* Act as Lead Fire Risk Assessor where competence allows
About You
* Experience completing fire risk assessments in non‑domestic and/or residential buildings
* Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation
* NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate (or equivalent)
* Level 3+ Fire Risk Assessment qualification
* Registered or eligible for registration on an SP205‑recognised scheme (IFE, IFSM, FRACS)
* Full UK driving licence or ability to travel independently
Desirable
* Experience within a BAFE SP205‑certified organisation
* Higher‑risk residential or complex mixed‑use buildings experience
