Sovereign Automotive are providers of outsourced claims solutions to the motor insurance industry.Come and join us and be a part of the team!

As an FNOL claims handler (First notification of Loss) you will:

Take the first call from a client who has been involved in a road traffic accident and ensure that we collect all of the critical information to progress an insurance claim, talking to third party drivers, insurers & witnesses to determine whether the clients road traffic accident is non fault and if so provide the client with a replacement hire vehicle and organise the repairs to the clients own vehicle.

Main Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service to our clients.
* Handle calls quickly and efficiently with clients and insurers to discuss, record and progress cases, politely and professionally.
* Ensure that data is processed accurately.
* Manage and prioritise daily workload.
* Proactively review claims files and update the team leader with any current or potential issues that could arise.

Training

You will be given full training and support when starting your roles and throughout your time with Sovereign Automotive

What we ask of you?
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must be customer focused, natural ability to build relationships
* Must be enthusiastic, self motivated and hard working
* Must have excellent time keeping and time management skills to be able to manage your file load
* Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment and multi-tasking
* Must be confident and organised when using a computer and should be familiar with all Microsoft applications

Desirable Qualities

Although you do not need previous experience within the insurance industry it would be very advantageous if you had an understanding or previous experience in any of the below positions:

Insurance Advisor, Claims Advisor, Claims Handler, Telesales Advisor, Insurance Sales Advisor, Motor Claims Advisor, Call Centre Advisor, FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Handler.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm & 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am – 1pm paid 1.5 overtime. (Tuesdays 8.30am start Fridays 5pm finish)
Hours of Work 37.5 per week
Location – Epsom Surrey, KT17.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,800.00 per year
