TIG Welder Up to £17.00ph 0800 - 1600 Mon to Fri Permanent role Our award winning, original equipment manufacturing client require a skilled TIG Welder to join the team. Duties: 1. Work in accordance with any Legislative or company requirements for Health Safety and Environmental. 2. To use TIG welding equipment to manufacture parts and assemblies as required, meeting defined production schedules, using the information contained within the works orders and SOPs. 3. Have experience of welding titanium in an inert atmosphere (Purge chamber, glove box or cabinet). 4. Maintain the equipment in a satisfactory condition. 5. To manufacture quality parts & assemblies from jigs & fixtures in accordance to company SOPs. 6. Work on any new projects as and when required. 7. Support the Quality department with respect to jig & fixture evaluation. 8. Ensure parts are prepared to a satisfactory condition for fit and cleanliness. 9. Build welded assemblies for new products and changes to existing products per engineering documents and established production standards. 10. To work to production schedules as provided by the production plan and individual work orders.
